Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

1. The item is damaged.

2. The item received is not the one you ordered.

No other reasons for returns will be accepted.

Ensure to check all items for damages in front of the delivery driver upon receipt, as this is crucial for claim acceptance. If an item is damaged, write a detailed protocol, take clear photos, and have the driver sign the protocol upon delivery.

To initiate the return process:

 

1. Ensure the damaged protocol is signed by the delivery driver, take clear photos of

the damaged or incorrect item, and include images of the parcel and consignment note.

2. Email all this documentation to us at claims@drabestuk.com

 

Exchanges

Customers may exchange items if they ordered the wrong product. However, they are responsible for arranging the return and covering the associated costs. The item must be returned in a saleable condition to be eligible for exchange.

 

Ineligible Returns

Customized items or made-to-order products cannot be returned. We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect fraudulent activity, abuse, or unduly receive requests.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be applied back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds are issued for returned items and do not include the cost of shipping.

 

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us on the same day as the order placement. Orders that have already been dispatched and collected by the courier cannot be cancelled. Please carefully consider the suitability of items before ordering to avoid any additional costs.
