Shipment Policy:

Orders received and fully paid by 12 noon (local time) on a working day will be despatched within 1-2 working days. For orders placed after 12 noon or on non-working days (weekends and public holidays), processing will begin on the next working day and despatch will occur within 1-2 working days from that point. Once despatched, orders are typically delivered within 3 working days, though delivery times may vary based on the shipping destination and external factors beyond our control.

Contacting the Supplier: It is advised to contact the supplier as soon as possible if the goods have not been received in advised delivery time frame. Any non-delivery issues must be reported to us within a maximum of 10 calendar days to quickly resolve it. Failure to comply with this time frame will result in no credit or replacement being issued.

Delivery Services and Tracking: For delivery services that offer tracking, it is easier to determine if and when a shipment was lost. In such cases, suppliers may have more detailed procedures and shorter notification periods.
