Promotional Terms & Conditions

Consumer – any individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside that individual’s trade, business, craft or profession, who enters into a contract with the Seller.
Organiser – DRABEST UK LIMITED, a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales under company number 09691129, with its registered office at 3-4 Railway Street, Great Bridge, Tipton, England, DY4 7AD
Promotion – the promotional campaign conducted under the name "Summer Sale".
Trader / Business Customer – a person acting for purposes relating to that person’s trade, business, craft or profession, whether acting personally or through another person acting in the trader’s name or on the trader’s behalf.
Terms and Conditions – these promotional terms and conditions for the "Summer Sale" campaign.
Online Store – the website through which the Organiser operates its e-commerce store, available at drabest.co.uk
Promotional Product – a product included in the Promotion, clearly marked as a promotional item, and available for purchase in the Online Store.
Participant – any Consumer or Trader who purchases goods from the Organiser via the Online Store.
Sales Contract – a distance contract concluded between the Participant and the Organiser in accordance with the standard Terms and Conditions of the Online Store.

These Terms and Conditions establish the rules for the promotional campaign named "Summer Sale".
The Organiser of the Promotion is DRABEST UK LIMITED, a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales under company number 09691129, with its registered office at 3-4 Railway Street, Great Bridge, Tipton, England, DY4 7AD
The sole purpose of the Promotion is to grant a price discount to the Participants of the campaign.
The Promotion runs from 1st July 2026 until 23:59 BST on 30th July 2026, or while stocks last, whichever occurs first.
The Organiser complies with UK consumer protection regulations (including the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations) regarding price transparency, ensuring that all introductory pricing and prior pricing indicators are fair, genuine, and not misleading.

The Promotion is open to all Participants (both Consumers and Business Customers) who make a purchase in the Online Store during the promotional period.
Participation in the campaign is entirely voluntary.
To participate, the Participant must complete a purchase in accordance with the rules specified in § 4.

The Promotion applies to all Participants who purchase Promotional Products during the campaign period. The Promotion covers selected items in the Online Store which are clearly marked with a promotional badge or emblem, and which can be found in the dedicated "Promotions" tab (available at:https://drabest.co.uk/prices-drop).
Participants who meet the conditions outlined in paragraph 1 above will receive a discount on the Promotional Products in the amount specified on the respective product page.
This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other active promotions, discount codes, or special offers.
A Participant may opt-out of the Promotion at any time before completing the order, or by sending an explicit written statement to the email address: sales@drabestuk.com.

Products purchased under this Promotion are subject to the standard statutory and store return policy, subject to paragraph 2 below.
If a Participant returns a Promotional Product, they do not lose the right to the discount for future purchases, provided they place a new order that fully complies with the eligibility criteria outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

The Organiser is the Data Controller of the Participants' personal data. To participate in the Promotion and process the order, the Participant must provide the necessary personal data requested during the checkout process.

Any complaints regarding the administration or conduct of the Promotion must be submitted in writing by registered post, courier, or via email.

The Participant will be notified of the outcome of the complaint investigation using the same method by which the complaint was received (by post/courier to the address provided, or by email), unless agreed otherwise.

The content of these Promotional Terms and Conditions can be accessed, printed, saved on a data carrier, or downloaded from the Online Store at any time.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect or reduce the statutory rights of Consumers under applicable UK consumer laws (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
To participate in the Promotion, the Participant must read and accept these Terms and Conditions during the checkout process.
For matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the standard Terms and Conditions of the Online Store and applicable consumer laws shall apply.
To the extent permitted by law, the Organiser reserves the right to amend these terms or shorten/suspend the Promotion due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe technical issues or total stock depletion). In such cases, registered customers will be notified via email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
The Organiser guarantees that any amendments to these Terms and Conditions will not affect rights already acquired by Participants prior to the amendment taking effect.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution in the first instance. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (or Scotland/Northern Ireland, depending on the Consumer's residence).
These Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on 1st July 2026.
